A stressful experience due to a strong smell of urine in the room. While the staff tried to resolve the issue, a room change wasn't possible, and the smell took several hours to dissipate. This was not unique to us as another guest staying on the same floor as us was complaining to us while we waited at the elevator.

A very disappointing experience. The check-in process was slow, and the initial room was disgusting with cleanliness and maintenance issues. While they were ultimately helpful in providing a better room, it was a stressful start to a vacation. The airport shuttle is convenient.

The hotel was great! The staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. My room was cozy, and the laundry facilities were a lifesaver. I'd definitely stay here again!
